double sofa-bed in the living room. Private access to Sables d’Or beach, 350 m from the residence, plus
free access to the tennis courts, pétanque court and table tennis table.
This 40 m² flat, located in La Guérinière, was refurbished in early 2023 and comprises the following:
- 1 large bedroom (1 double bed + 1 bunk bed for 2 people) with a chest of drawers
- 1 bathroom with a shower, 1 washbasin + vanity unit, heated towel rail, hairdryer, washing machine
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 large living area with a modern open-plan kitchen leading onto the lounge area. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, etc.), with a dining area
around a central island seating 6 people, a TV unit and a sofa bed for 2 people.
- Balcony with a view over Bourgneuf Bay, furnished with a table and 2 chairs
- 1 private, uncovered parking space
- Ample storage space to keep living areas uncluttered.
Flat located on the 1st floor with no lift; not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Quiet residential complex, ideal for weekends with family or friends. Pets are not permitted.
Non-smoking flat.
Several cycle paths nearby. A mini-market and bus stop (free bus service in July and August) are approx. 500m away. In
July and August, a bread and pastry stall is 100m from the flat and an ice-cream van visits
in the late afternoon.
Available all year round. Stays of a minimum of 3 nights are possible outside July and August.
