Direct, private access to Les Dames beach, right by the water’s edge, and to the Bois de la Chaize.
Private, secure, named parking space (caretaker on duty in July and August).

Located 1 km from the town centre. Markets on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays during the season.
Free shuttle bus in summer from the foot of the residence, serving the town centre and all the island’s towns.

It was in this residence and on Les Dames beach that the film “Les vacances du Petit Nicolas” was filmed.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday. Off-season rentals available on request (minimum 3–4 nights).
