This holiday let is situated in the heart of the village of L’Epine, in a quiet location, close to all amenities (2 bakeries, a butcher’s, a chemist’s, a grocery shop, a café, restaurants, a newsagent’s and tobacconist’s, and bike hire) and 800 metres from the beach.


The gîte comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a sitting area with a two-seater sofa and two armchairs. There is one mezzanine with two single beds (90x190), one bedroom with one double bed (140x190), one bathroom with a large shower (80x120), a separate toilet, a utility room, an iron and ironing board, a sunny 20m² terrace sheltered from view with garden furniture, a parasol, two sun loungers and an electric barbecue.

At the end of your stay, the property must be cleaned (cleaning products provided); otherwise, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
