OAT Island – LIAN Island

These are two small, adjoining studio flats, each measuring 29 m² and featuring a private courtyard. They are cosy little retreats for a peaceful holiday for two or four people (with children under 12).

Everything has been designed to make you feel at home, in a peaceful location at the crossroads, within easy reach of everything and ideal for lovely bike rides.

Each studio has its own private space, but they can also be rented together so you can enjoy a holiday with friends whilst still having your own space, or to allow teenagers to have their independence. In this case, please book well in advance if you wish to visit during the school holidays.

Both are situated out of sight, just behind La Maison les Mes ‘Anges’, each with its own parking space.

They feature:
▪ a kitchen area (induction hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and small appliances)
▪ a sitting area (with a BZ sofa bed featuring a Bultex mattress, coffee table, TV and DVD player)
▪ a sleeping area (with a double bed)
▪ a bathroom (with shower, washbasins, towel rail and hairdryer)
▪ a toilet
▪ an outdoor courtyard (wooden terrace, bistro table, off-centre parasol)
We provide a travel cot and a booster seat for babies.

Our little ‘extras’ to make your holiday easier:
· Beds made up on arrival; towels (2 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel per person) and kitchen linen (2 tea towels, 2 hand towels) provided.
A cleaning service is available for €40
We require a security deposit of €500 for the rental, which will be refunded to you five days after your stay.
Pets are not permitted

Practical information:
The studios are ready for occupancy by 4.00 pm at the latest and must be vacated by 9.00 am on the day of departure.
