Holiday home in the north of the island of Noirmoutier, in the Herbaudière neighbourhood, a traditional fishing village within the municipality of Noirmoutier-en-l’Île. Situated in a residential complex just 600 metres from La Linière beach, 300 metres from the harbour with its restaurants and local shops, and just a few metres from the bus stop for the free bus service to Noirmoutier-en-l’Île town centre during the peak season, you’ll be able to do everything on foot during your stay. The property comprises, on the ground floor, a living area with a lounge and a newly fitted kitchenette (dishwasher, electric oven, fridge-freezer), a bedroom with two single beds and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a bathroom with a washing machine and a bedroom with one 140cm-wide bed. Outside, you’ll enjoy a courtyard with a terrace featuring a garden shed, garden furniture, an electric griddle, sun loungers, a parasol, a bike rack and a private numbered parking space.
