You’ll have quick access to all amenities, and there are bike hire shops nearby. Discover the treasures of this area, including Noirmoutier Castle, just a stone’s throw from the house, and the Bois de la Chaise with its magnificent beaches, around 1.5 km away. Sableaux Beach, which is lifeguarded in summer, is ideal for children, whilst Dames Beach, with its picture-postcard scenery and beach huts, is one of the island’s most beautiful beaches. This house, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, comprises, on the ground floor, a living area with an open-plan kitchen leading into the lounge/dining room, a bedroom with a 160 bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a 120 bed and a 160 sofa bed. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140 bed and a shower room with a toilet. There is a small mezzanine with a 90 x 200 bed. At the rear of the house, you can enjoy a large terrace and a garden with trees. Two parking spaces are available. A pay-to-use charging point for electric vehicles is available.
