A detached villa certified as a ‘3-star holiday let’ and awarded ‘3 keys by Clévacances’, offering panoramic ocean views, situated 220 metres from the beach (with direct access down the dune) on a large, flat, enclosed and wooded plot. The property comprises a living room, a lounge with a radio, a TV with a DVD and Blu-ray player, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two 90cm beds, a second bedroom with a 140cm bed, each with a large wardrobe and two bedside tables, a sofa bed with two armchairs in the lounge, a shower room with a washing machine, and a separate toilet. All the rooms are very bright, with shutters that open outwards.
Pillows or bolsters are provided with their own padded pillow protectors, which, like the mattresses, are set up before your arrival. Please note that duvets and blankets are, of course, provided.

Appliances: Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave/grill, fridge, freezer, oven with 4 hobs, electric coffee maker and kettle, toaster, food processor, blender, coffee grinder, kitchen scales, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, hoover and a charcoal barbecue trolley.

For babies, a high chair, a 60x120 cot with a comfortable 14cm-thick anti-reflux safety mattress, a baby bath, a bath seat and a changing mat are provided. A potty and toilet seat reducer are also available.

During your stay, you will also have access to a south-facing, wind-sheltered covered terrace with garden furniture, four 5-position sun loungers, and outdoor games: a full set of badminton equipment and pétanque balls.
Books are available in the library, as well as board games.

There is space to park four vehicles on the property; even with a boat trailer, it is very easy to turn round on the grounds without any manoeuvring. There is a garage for two-wheeled vehicles, with free battery charging for electric bikes and space to store surfboards.

The deposit required to confirm the booking is no more than 25 per cent.
End-of-stay cleaning service: €70. If you prefer to do this yourself, you will be asked to provide a security deposit cheque for €70 upon arrival. In any case, the washing-up must be done before you leave, as this is not included in the ‘end-of-stay cleaning’ service.
Bed linen option for the entire stay: €15 for a 140cm-wide bed and €12 for a 90cm-wide bed.
Bathroom linen option (1 washcloth, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel): €8 per person.
The hired linen will be provided on arrival; on departure, you must remove the sheets and pillowcases from the beds.
The property is available from 3.00 pm on the Saturday of your arrival until 11.00 am on the Saturday of your departure.
