An architect-designed house, in the typical Noirmoutier style,
recently built and semi-detached, with all the modern comforts for a wonderful holiday,

ideally situated, close to the town centre of Noirmoutier-en-l’Île (the pedestrianised shopping street is a 900-metre walk away) and the beaches of La Luzeronde and Le Vieil, with unobstructed views over the salt marshes.

- Living room opening onto the terrace and its small, south-facing private garden.
- Well-equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combination microwave and fan-assisted oven, kettle, etc.). Coffee maker and Nespresso machine. Board games.
- Shower room with washbasin, toilet and electric towel rail

Upstairs: 1 ‘master’ bedroom with a 140 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 twin 90 beds (which can be arranged either as a 180 bed with a suitable fitted sheet or as 2 separate beds).

Small, enclosed south-facing garden, equipped with garden furniture and a built-in barbecue for summer cooking.

Two adult bikes (with suspension) available to borrow.

- Baby equipment (€19 per stay) (travel cot, high chair, pushchair, etc.),
- Baby bike trailer (for carrying babies and/or beach towels and toys): €24 per week,
- End-of-stay cleaning available (€54),
- Bed linen and household linen can be hired directly from the L’Atelier dry cleaners.

The ‘Les Mimosas’ house can be rented together with the adjoining ‘L’Etier’ house (H2029)
- to provide 4 bedrooms (accommodating 8 people) and 2 living rooms (one for the children, one for the parents),
- or for 2 families wishing to spend their holidays together whilst retaining their independence.

No pets: egrets, ducks, owls and other wildlife from the nature reserve visit the gardens or the surrounding area.

Rent includes service charges.
The rate displayed online applies only to one-week stays, from Saturday to Saturday.
Please contact the owner to find out the rates for stays of less than 7 days and weekend breaks, or for rentals from Sunday to Sunday.
