The house
For a nature-filled holiday by the sea on an island with magnificent fine sandy beaches.
This is a beautiful semi-detached house, designed and built by a renowned architect in Noirmoutier
(very large double living room with a double-height ceiling creating a sense of space + 4 bedrooms, including one separate external bedroom),
in the island’s typical architectural style, with its huge south-facing garden, not overlooked, overlooking the nature reserve.
For young and old alike, you’ll enjoy the shed, which houses table tennis, table football, a pool table… and a playhouse.
You’ll also have access to bicycles for lovely rides around the island.
In the garden, your children will have access to a large trampoline, a climbing frame
(two sure-fire hits for their holidays, under parental supervision) and a basketball hoop.

The neighbourhood
The house is situated in Noirmoutier (just 950 metres from the town centre’s pedestrianised street and the market),
yet is surrounded by nature, facing the nature reserve.
The cycle path runs alongside the property, allowing you to cycle safely to the town centre, the beaches and cycle routes… (straight from the property).
On foot, you’re right in the nature reserve, perfect for lovely walks to discover the flora and fauna, the salt marshes… or to reach the wildest (and almost deserted) part of the magnificent Luzeronde beach.
Public electric car charging points are available in the coach station car park, 650 metres away, and at the skate park.

Two further semi-detached houses can be rented at the same time to accommodate friends or children (3-room houses with 2 bedrooms, each designed for a family with 2 children or for 2 couples).
This offers the chance to enjoy a lovely holiday with your family,
or with friends,
whilst allowing everyone their own independence in their own home,
and providing the opportunity to share some meals together
(both on the terrace and in the living room).
