A contemporary house built in 2010, with 4 bedrooms, set on 640 m² of enclosed, landscaped grounds. It is situated 200 m from Les Sableaux beach, on the edge of the Bois de la Chaize. You’ll arrive at the foot of the castle, in the town centre with its shops and three weekly markets. The return journey can be made via the famous Jacobsen jetty, reserved for cyclists and pedestrians, offering breathtaking views of the marshes, the sea and the marina.

The house is very bright, extremely comfortable and very well maintained. It comprises a ground floor and first floor.
- Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, office area with sofa, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140), separate shower room and toilet.
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with two 90-cm beds and 1 bedroom with one 160-cm bed, each with access to the bathroom, and a separate toilet.
This property also features a fitted garage with tiled flooring, a second sink, a washer-dryer, a shower and storage space. Outside, there is a 40 m² terrace covered by an electric awning, adjoining the enclosed garden, and a second enclosed terrace on the courtyard side, which is also very pleasant. Both are equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and armchairs, as well as a barbecue.

There is space for two vehicles in our private car park. Eight bicycles (for adults and children), baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, baby bouncer, baby bath, child bike seat) and Wi-Fi are available for your use.
