The house is ideally situated in a very quiet, private cul-de-sac. The fine-sand beach is 150 m away, accessible via a private track. The cycle path is 300 m away. The village centre and its shops are 1.5 km / 2 km away. The hypermarket is 6 km away. These are accessible via the cycle path, and cycling is made easy by the flat terrain.

Your accommodation, on the first floor of the villa and completely separate from the rest of the house, is accessed via an external staircase. You’ll be staying in approximately 60 m² of space, comprising 3 main, very light-filled rooms: living room, 2 bedrooms (you can see the sea from the living room windows and one of the bedrooms), hall, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, etc.), a bathroom with a bath, and a separate toilet. The décor is in a seaside style. Sleeping arrangements are provided for 4 people (1 double bed in one bedroom, 2 bunk beds in the other) However, a pull-out bed in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room bring the total sleeping capacity to 7 people. The house was fully renovated in 2018 to bring it up to current standards of comfort and functionality and to ensure you enjoy a high-quality holiday. The large and small household appliances, the TV (large screen) and most of the kitchenware are new.

You have access to the garden, which is shared with the occupants of the ground floor. It is on two levels, and the lower level – which is relatively sheltered from the view of neighbours – is for your exclusive use. Outdoor furniture and a barbecue are available for lunch or dinner al fresco. You will, of course, have Wi-Fi access.

A concierge service is available on site: a warm welcome, recommendations for local ‘hidden gems’ and shops, assistance with any issues, and the option to hire bed linen and book a cleaning service. The price is to be agreed with the concierge service, who will welcome you on arrival (please give at least 8 days’ notice before your arrival).

Baby equipment available on request. Pets are welcome provided they are house-trained and well-behaved.

Rates include utilities (water, gas, electricity, heating) but exclude tourist tax.
Discounted rates apply for stays of more than one week.
If you do not wish to clean the property yourself at the end of your stay, you can opt for the ‘end-of-stay cleaning’ service: a flat fee of €95.
