A lovely, renovated house facing west, ideally situated near the beaches, the town centre, the cinema, restaurants and the Bois de la Chaize.
This house features a lovely terrace on the same level as the living room, with a few steps (with a handrail) leading down to a pretty courtyard with plants and trees; however, it is not a garden in the usual sense of the word as there is no grass (‘sandy soil’).
Living room: sofa, armchairs, coffee table, dining table, fireplace… (flat-screen TV).
Small separate kitchen (approx. 1.80 m²), fridge, multi-function oven, dishwasher, 2-ring induction hob, sink, crockery and cutlery, kitchen linen. No washing machine.
Lovely bedroom, 160 bed, desk, armchair, fitted wardrobes...
Bathroom with toilet, washbasin, storage space, and corner bath (with shower). Towel warmer, hairdryer.                                                                                   
On request, baby equipment available free of charge (high chair, travel cot, etc.). 
Optional linen pack (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases; 2 large towels and 2 small ones): €45
Optional cleaning service: €90. Alternatively, we require a cleaning deposit (also €90), which will be refunded if you leave the property as clean as it was on arrival.
Pets allowed subject to conditions (sorry, no cats); for other pets, please contact us. If we do allow your pet, please note the additional charge of €10 per night.
Weekly rentals: rates from €665 to €990 depending on the period. Shorter stays available on request, subject to availability. Non-smoking property. No parties, please. We look forward to welcoming you for an invigorating, restful and relaxing holiday!
