Detached holiday home built in 1982 and renovated in 2020, set on 850m² of enclosed grounds with parking, located 600m/10 minutes’ walk from the vast beach at Barbâtre, with no safety concerns (access via a small street followed by a path under the pine trees).
A cycle path 200m away provides access to the village centre and all shops, as well as the Wednesday market (2km), and to the rest of the island (Passage du Gois, 3.5km).

The 100m² single-storey house comprises:

A living area (lounge-dining room) with: a table and 8 chairs, a low sideboard with crockery, 4 armchairs and a coffee table, a fireplace with a wood-burning insert (wood available), a digital TV with DVD player, HDMI connection, Wi-Fi and wired internet,
An open-plan kitchen fitted with a gas hob (one gas cylinder in the utility room, one in reserve), a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processors, SodaStream, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 2 pressure cookers, cutlery and kitchen utensils

Three bedrooms: blue bedroom – 1 x 140 bed + wardrobe; green bedroom – 1 x 140 bed and 2 bunk beds + wardrobe; yellow bedroom – 1 x 2 x 80 electric adjustable bed + wardrobe;

An Ikea flat-pack high chair, a changing mat and a travel cot with a good mattress (in the pantry cupboard) are available free of charge in the green bedroom.

A utility room with a washing machine, gas bottles, shower, sink, storage (small DIY drawer), ironing board and iron.

A veranda with 1 table and 6 chairs, a rattan armchair, a sofa bed and a gas barbecue.

To enjoy the garden: a table with extensions, 8 armchairs, 2 sun loungers and a swing.

Tourist tax is included

Basic groceries (salt, pepper, spices, oil, vinegar, flour, sugar, coffee, rice, noodles) and cleaning products (sponge, white vinegar, detergents, etc.) are provided to get you started; please replace them when they run out.
