Welcome to our house, ‘Eaux Vives’

A lovely, fully renovated house on the island of Noirmoutier, in the heart of the traditional village of Le Vieil. Set in a cosy setting, it can accommodate up to four people, making it ideal for a family holiday.
Perfectly situated just 200 metres from Mardi Gras beach, you can enjoy the sea at any time of day: shellfish gathering, swimming, sailing, relaxing…
The accommodation
On the ground floor:
You’ll find a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and percolator coffee maker) opening onto the terrace. There is also a living room with direct access to the terrace and the large garden. You’ll find a TV and have access to Wi-Fi.

Upstairs:
There are two bedrooms with wardrobes: one with a queen-size bed (160x200), the other with two single beds (90x200) which can be pushed together if required. A bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower.
In the large garden:
A garden table, sun loungers, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue.
In the outbuilding (in the garden) there is a washing machine.

Ideally located:
- 200 m from the sandy “Mardi Gras” beach,
- 300 m from the “Spar” supermarket,
- 300 m from the restaurants “Le Retro” and “Gustave”
- many other beaches easily accessible by bike, including ‘La Madeleine’, ‘La Clère’ and ‘Des Dames’, between 700 m and 2 km away…

Other useful information:

A travel cot, high chair and baby bath are available for your use.
One parking space in the courtyard in front of the house.

The holiday let is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

End-of-stay cleaning is compulsory: EUR 92.50 per booking
