Welcome to the Domaine de la Lande, a private estate, where our house, built in 2013 on a 535 m² plot, is surrounded by walls offering security and privacy.
It has a floor area of 140 m² and a living area of 118 m², and features the following:

It is situated 600 m from the island’s most beautiful beaches and 1.2 km from the town centre; the free shuttle bus to the beaches and the town centre stops 200 metres away. (No need for a car)

The property is in a quiet, secluded location, away from the noise of traffic and the hustle and bustle of the summer season.

A 4-star rating awarded by the tourist office confirms the quality, comfort and facilities of the house.

On the ground floor:
The entrance opens onto a glazed walkway with a view of the garden and the swimming pool; to the right is a separate toilet; at the far end, the master bedroom, fitted with a 160 bed, a large fitted wardrobe and a shower room with a walk-in shower.
On the way back, on the left, a spacious living room and open-plan fitted kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and all small appliances). The space measures 54m² and features three large, fully retractable bay windows (sliding panels) opening onto the garden, terrace and swimming pool.
Then a utility room with a tumble dryer, washing machine, freezer and microwave.

Upstairs:
One bedroom with a 160-cm bed and a wardrobe, and another bedroom with two 90-cm beds (bunk beds) and storage units. A separate toilet, and a shower room with a shower and shower screen.

In addition:
A garage with an extra fridge and an electric hob, and an enclosed patio with aluminium windows which can be used as a relaxation or reading area, etc.
A 6.50 x 3 swimming pool fitted with two hydromassage jets (heated from June to September) and a large 51m² terrace with garden furniture, a table and six chairs for al fresco dining, and three large parasols.
A garden with trees, a barbecue, a gas plancha, a solar shower and private parking; 4 adult bikes, one teen bike and two children’s bikes are provided (standard bikes, no mountain bikes)

Linen provided: tablecloths, towels, tea towels, sheets and pillowcases, duvets.
Free baby equipment available on request.

Bath towels, bathrobes and beach towels are not provided.

You must clean the property before departure; otherwise, a flat fee of €120 will be payable on arrival
Non-smoking property; pets are not permitted.
