A beautiful, recently built house situated on the Pointe de la Loire dune, on the edge of the Bois des Eloux on the island of Noirmoutier. Spacious and well-appointed, it offers excellent comfort. Every room enjoys a sea view, except for two bedrooms which overlook the woodland, and features a simple yet cosy décor. The TV lounge, adjoining a 53m² living area, can be used as a fifth bedroom if required.
There are three bathrooms available. The large kitchen is fully equipped with modern and practical appliances. A spacious terrace runs along the sea-facing façade, complete with a table and chairs, a plancha, garden furniture, an awning and sun loungers. It faces due south, overlooking the Île d’Yeu.
The 1,400 m² garden is fully enclosed, with direct access to the sea – just 30 metres away – via a gate.
Cars can be easily parked within the grounds, and there is space for another in the garage.
