We are letting our house in Noirmoutier-en-l’Île. A 120m² house, tastefully furnished and decorated, which is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Noirmoutier-en-l’Île and a 10-minute cycle ride from La Page des Dames and Le Vieil.
A lovely, enclosed courtyard full of flowers, not overlooked; south-facing, with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Non-smoking property; pets not allowed.

The house:

Large living/dining room: fireplace, TV and fully fitted kitchen.
2 separate toilets
2 bathrooms (shower and bath)
3 bedrooms, including 1 on the ground floor with a shower room and toilet.

1 – one 160 double bed (2 x 80 mattresses and 2 bed bases)
2 – one 160 double bed (2 x 80 mattresses and 2 bed bases)
3 – one 160 double bed (1 mattress and 1 bed base).

Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, fridge-freezer,

Linen: Linen is not included in the rental price but can be provided on request at an additional cost.
Heating charged at actual consumption upon presentation of the bill.

To ensure that every guest enjoys a spotlessly clean property, a cleaning fee of 70 euros is charged in addition to the rental price.
A deposit of 50 per cent of the total amount, payable by bank transfer at the time of booking, will be refunded at the end of your stay, following the final inspection.
