Stay in the centre of Noirmoutier Island in this ideally situated holiday let, just 200 metres from La Cantine beach and 150 metres from the shops. Cycle paths are nearby, allowing you to explore the island by bike.
The house features an entrance hall leading into a large living area with a sitting area, a dining area and a fitted, fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There are three bedrooms: on the ground floor, one bedroom with a 160 bed and an en-suite shower room, plus a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140-bed and two bunk beds, and another bedroom with a 160-bed, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided for a flat fee of 50 euros. 
Enjoy the enclosed garden with a terrace and garden furniture. A covered patio allows you to dine outdoors, in the shade and sheltered from the elements in case of bad weather. The garage is only available for weekly bookings. Non-smoking property – Pets not permitted

The house is monitored by two external cameras, which are switched off upon your arrival and whilst you are present. A check can be carried out at your request.
