A 60m² house situated in the village of Noirmoutier-en-Île, 500 metres from the town centre – ideal for your daily shopping – and 800 metres from the beaches.
It comfortably accommodates 4 people; we renovated it in 2018. It features a 25m² living area comprising a lounge with a sofa for the TV corner and a hi-fi system, a dining table for 4 people and a high chair, all open-plan to the kitchen. For cooking, you’ll find a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher, along with all the necessary cooking equipment; there’s also a coffee machine and a toaster.
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140), the other with two single beds (90). Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a vanity unit under the washbasin. The toilet is separate.
You also have access to a terrace equipped with a garden table and chairs; a large parasol is available to provide shade from the sun if you wish. To make the most of the fine weather, there are deckchairs and a barbecue available.
In the garage, we have set up a laundry area with a sink, a drying rack and a washing machine.
You can also store bicycles in the garage, and there is a private parking space at the bottom of the garage ramp.
