The house is situated on the seafront (above the beach) between La Madeleine beach and Le Vieil beach and therefore boasts exceptional views of the sea. You can enjoy your meals on the terrace overlooking the sea, where the sun sets.It comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have sea views. Large living room with a fireplace overlooking the sea. At high tide, the sea laps against the property’s wall; at low tide, you can gather clams right in front of the house.

Shops are 500 metres away along the beach, and there are cycle paths.

You can drive up to about 10 metres from the house and, once you’ve unloaded, park in the small car park 80 metres away at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Arrival on the island: You can reach the island either via the bridge (free of charge) or, if you’re lucky (i.e. if your timetable allows), via the famous ‘Gois’, a 4-km-long road that is exposed by the sea for 3 hours a day at low tide
