La petite Guérnerine is a traditional, family-run house situated on Rue des Eloux, between La Guérinière and L’Épine, in a very quiet neighbourhood. Whether on foot or by bike, the natural surroundings (beach, forest, dunes, salt marshes) and local shops are all within easy reach, offering you a moment of peace and tranquillity.

This lovely house will charm you with its peaceful location and facilities. It features:
2 adult bikes (sizes S and M); these are available free of charge, along with a child’s bike trailer (with a helmet, size 44/48cm).
The layout is as follows:
- Fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, oven, extractor hood, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and Dolce Gusto machine).
- One bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed.
- A second bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds.
- A travel cot, a high chair and a baby bath are available for the little ones.
- Shower room.
- Separate toilet.
- Enclosed outdoor area.
- Two terraces, one of which faces due south, two sun loungers, an armchair, a garden table with eight chairs, and a barbecue.
- Equipment for shore fishing is also available on site.
- One parking space.
- A washing machine and a tumble dryer.

- At the back of the house, there is a mini-golf course to entertain both children and adults (everything is provided, including clubs and balls).

Please note:
- Bed linen and towels are not provided; you can either bring your own or hire them from the concierge service.
- Bed linen is compulsory.
- €20 per double set of bed linen.
- €15 per single set of bed linen.
- Bath towels can also be provided for an additional charge of €10 per person.
- The hired linen will be left directly in your holiday let before your arrival. You will need to remove the sheets from the beds when you leave.
- The ‘End-of-stay cleaning’ package is not included; it costs €80 including VAT (excluding rubbish and crockery) and must be booked through the concierge service. You may also do this yourself as all the necessary equipment is provided on site.
- All beds are fitted with mattress protectors. All pillows are fitted with pillow protectors.
- Check-in is from 3.00 pm and check-out is by 11.00 am.
- Pets are not permitted.
- The property is non-smoking.
- In winter, from 15 November to 15 March, the outdoor furniture is stored in the garage.
- The fireplace is not in working order.
