Fleur de sel is a lovely new single-storey house situated in the commune of L’Epine, in the centre of the island of Noirmoutier, in a quiet and sought-after neighbourhood. It is 400 metres from the beautiful Martinière beach and the forest, and 600 metres from the village centre and its shops.

The garden features an artificial lawn adorned with laurel trees.
Two adult bicycles (sizes S and M) are available free of charge, as well as a child’s bike trailer (with a helmet size 44/48 cm).
A mini-golf course is at your disposal.

The ‘Fleur de sel’ accommodation is the twin of ‘La Calorge’. It is laid out as follows:
- Fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, oven, extractor hood, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and Dolce Gusto machine).
- One bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed.
- A second bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds.
- A travel cot, a high chair and a baby bath are available for younger children.
- Shower room with toilet.
- Enclosed outdoor area.
- South-facing wooden terrace, two sun loungers, an armchair, a garden table with four chairs, and a barbecue.
- Equipment for shore fishing is also available on site.
- One parking space.
- At the back of the house, there is a mini-golf course to entertain both children and adults (everything is provided, including clubs and balls).

Please note:
- Bed linen and towels are not provided; you can either bring your own or hire them from the concierge service.
- Bed linen is compulsory.
- €20 per set of double bed linen.
- €15 per single set of bed linen.
- Bath towels can also be provided for an additional charge of €10 per person.
- The hired linen will be left directly in your holiday let before your arrival. You will need to remove the sheets from the beds when you leave.
- The ‘End-of-stay cleaning’ package is not included; it costs 80 euros including VAT (excluding rubbish and crockery) and must be booked through the concierge service. You may also do this yourself as all the necessary equipment is provided on site.
- All beds are fitted with mattress protectors. All pillows are fitted with pillow protectors.
- Check-in is from 3.00 pm and check-out is by 11.00 am.
- Pets are not permitted.
- The property is non-smoking.
- In winter, outdoor furniture is unavailable from 15 November to 15 March.
