LE PILIER BLEU - Maison Mitoyenne 5 personnes

The house known as Le Pilier Bleu is ready to welcome you all year round.

Completely refurbished and well insulated, it is situated on a double cul-de-sac, ensuring absolute peace and quiet.

Just 50 metres away is the sea, so you can enjoy a short stroll along the coast; there are also four electric charging points for your car, a children’s playground, a free bus service (July–August) and the town hall for any information you may need.

Just 200 metres away is the town centre with all its shops, restaurants and more.… a bike hire shop (remember to book in advance), the fishing and marina, and a ferry service (July–August) to spend a day in Pornic on the mainland, and then there’s La Linière beach.

300 metres away is Les Lutins beach, followed by the island’s most beautiful beach, Luzeronde beach.

Le Pilier Bleu comprises 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5) with storage space: one 140-cm bed and one 140-cm bed plus a single bunk bed.

A living area: fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.

A lounge with a sofa and coffee table.

A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet.

Adjoining the house is a private area for parking your car and storing your bikes.

A terrace of approximately 40m² and approximately 15m² of grassed area, both fenced off, which are ideal for young children or pets.

AVAILABLE IN THE ACCOMMODATION: hoover, iron and ironing board, washing machine, flat-screen TV, board games, books, duvets, pillows, shower mats, microfibre mops, cleaning products and Wi-Fi.

Outside the property: garden furniture, sun loungers, deckchairs, chairs, a shade sail, a barbecue, a garden shed (no bicycles allowed), a bike rack (please remember to use a lock), clam-fishing equipment and buckets.

RENTAL

Bed linen: fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase: Double bed €22 / single bed €18 + Kitchen linen: starter kit (sponge, washing-up liquid, toilet paper), 3 tea towels €8 Bathroom linen: shower mat / bathroom mat, 1 large towel and 1 small towel = €12

Baby equipment: high chair and travel cot = €35 (please bring a sheet and all bedding for the baby)

For our four-legged friends: €15 per pet per week

CLEANING: I leave it to you to ensure the property is left completely clean, just as it was on your arrival, so that we can welcome the next guests.

I do this for a number of reasons: firstly, it’s a great way to save money on your holiday budget, or quite simply to make the most of your time by treating yourself to leisure activities, etc… (The cleaning deposit is €150.) What’s more, the property is very easy to look after – all the necessary cleaning products, such as microfibre mops, etc., are provided on site.

Getting back to the free bus service: please do make use of it – it’s there to save you from having to use your car, so take the opportunity to give your car a rest.
It runs roughly every 20 minutes and takes you wherever you want – why not pop along to the market in Noirmoutier-en-Île, grab an ice cream at Bois de la Chaize, or simply try out another beach, or just go for a stroll wherever takes your fancy.
