The municipal sailing school "Le Fort Saint Pierre" is located between the plage des Dames and the plage des Sableaux, in the Bois de la Chaise, North-East of the island of Noirmoutier. It is protected from the swell and the prevailing winds from the West. The conditions are ideal for your learning and water pleasures in the Bourgneuf Bay.
Different options available:
- One week learning courses: water sports training lagoon, optimist, sailing dinghy, windsurf boat, catamaran.
- Private lessons on different materials.
- Specific lessons on sand yacht,
- Family trips on habitable sailing boat departing from the port de l'Herbaudière, at a special rate.
The quality teaching is taught in complete security and relaxed atmosphere by state-registered or French Sailing Federation graduated instructors, on recent, varied and adapted to all kinds of practises equipement.
Secretariat open all year round.
