For all the races, starts and finishes are on the Beauvoir-sur-Mer side, with a return trip on the Passage du Gois (length of the Gois 4150 m). One exception is the Marée Montante race (rising high tide, race for experts), which starts in Barbâtre (Noirmoutier island) and finishes in Beauvoir sur Mer.
Experience a unique running experience on the Gois passage linking the island of Noirmoutier to the mainland.
2 races against the tide and 5 popular races for children/women/men/adapted sports.
Start of the races open to everyone aged 7 and over and of the race on the Beauvoir sur Mer side at ebb tide.
Start of the race against the sea at rising tide.....On Ile de Noirmoutier
2 giant screens will be available for the public to follow the various events on the island and on the mainland.
Organised by the association ‘Les Amis du Gois’.

2.45pm: Presentation of the athletes Downhill Tide Race
Approx. 3.15pm: Race 2 Descending Tide 8000m
16:30: Race 3 Youth 2400 born between 2009 and 2012
17:05: Race 4 Pop Men born before 2009
18h10: Race 5 Adapted Sport
18h20: Race 6 Pop Women born before 2009
7.25pm to 7.45pm: Presentation of athletes Race des As (experts athletes)
8.15pm: Race 7 Marée Montante
